Most likely a moderator or admin, cause the only way the pictures are getting uploaded is if a moderator/admin review and approves them unless the site is hacked like it did a few months ago and the comments were spammed with links.
Dude, if are being real and not trolling, well, you are very sick and need reboot your brain. You either need to stop watching altogether or if you can't, maybe try adjusting your brain by training your self to watch normal stuff, like amateur B/G.
