She's the second and younger daughter, and second oldest child of four, of her father and mother. She has one older sister and two younger brothers. Former American Football player Adam Archuleta (Born 27th of November, 1977) is her husband. He's six months younger than his wife, Jennifer Walcott. She was the Playboy Playmate of the Month for August 2001.

In late 2000, Walcott decided to become a model. She attended many Playboy parties from 2000 to 2001, working as a makeup artist and was noticed by accident. She got the call in mid-2001 for her Playmate photoshoot. She was chosen the Playmate of the Month for August 2001. She was chosen by Carmen Electra to model for her celebrity guest photographer photo shoot on playboy.com. Walcott posed naked for many photoshoots including her own for her personal website. In 2005, Walcott made a short but memorable appearance in a direct-to-video American Pie sequel called American Pie Presents: Band Camp, where she appeared topless for a somewhat lengthy scene. In 2006, Walcott starred as a stripper in Toxic.
