Difference log in versus not. Some chose profiles without photo. Instead of having it change number one photo, change it to be a required log in that reveals, thus, protecting just a simple search and only commenters or those with an account see the photos.

“For models who asked for their photos to be removed, don’t delete them. Hide them from guests and search engines, and show them only to logged-in members. A casual search for the person then turns up no photos, but the community still keeps the content.”
Is that what you mean?
It's a request with serious implications. A model who asks to be removed, doesn't want to be shown to "members only". They want to be removed completely. We do it because we think it's the sensible thing to do. Going against that is a big change. What we could consider is offering the “hide from public / search engines” option to models.
