Is anyone interested in this?
2FA is becoming the standard, but we're not sure people want it, since accounts don't carry monetary value.
If we implement it, we'd support authenticator apps and passkeys. It would be optional.

Might be a good idea for accounts that are linked to sites and submit additions or updates for them, but doesn't seem necessary for regular accounts.
