Certain profile URLs contain double underscore

Found a couple of profiles with a double underscore in the URL:
babepedia.com/babe/Catherine__O'Hara
babepedia.com/babe/Ilham__Belgharib

Might want to do a full database search to remove all double underscores and add some input sanitization to avoid having multiple spaces when entering a name.
