Better system for organizing links

The links tables can get really long, and difficult to find stuff in. Ideas:

1. Add some tags to the link, is it a profile, a video, a gallery?
2. Add user ratings to the links, such as thumbs up and down count
3. Some searching/sorting function on the links, filter by tags, sort by date or rating, group by site
