Similar to how tattoos and piercings are described I don't think it's fair that all the information we get on what surgeries a babe has had are whether or not their breasts are real. A surgeries tab would be formatted similar to how the Jobs section is done, autofilling each surgery allowing users to click on it and see more babes who had that same operation. Imagine a list of the top 100 hottest babes with a nose job or smth like that

While I like the idea, the boob section is already full of speculation and arguements, and if you add another half-dozen body parts (e.g. teeth, nose, chin, lips, face-lift, Liposuction, ass, tummy tuck) it will be chaos.
