Hide specific babes

Add the ability for a user to mark specific babes as hidden, so that those babes and their galleries don't appear on that user’s searches, lists, rankings, homepage, etc.
Alternatively (or additionally), auto-hide babes the user has rated lower than a user-defined threshold.
