Pending Image Upload Review/ Edit

To avoid bugging the moderators and fixing mishaps or ie replace a pending upload with a better one I would like to have an option to review/ cancel uploads that haven't been accepted yet.
This would also avoid uploading the same picture twice, since you can't check back what you already uploaded.

Also being able to see the galleries while uploading would help to avoid duplicates.
