The body type, and the size and naturalness of the breasts, should be consistent with the photos, or most of the photos, in the profile, online, or in the babe's career.
It makes no sense to label a model or actress, who has gained weight since retiring, as chubby or BBW if she had a slim or normal body when she was working. The same goes if (more rarely) the opposite occurs.
The same goes for indicating the size or naturalness of the breasts: if, for example, a porn actress or adult model has always appeared in professional photos or videos with fake G-cup breasts, it makes no sense to list C-cups and real breasts in her profile just because she decides to remove the implants after retiring (meaning no one will ever see her topless photos again, and she will take very few, if any, new photos).
