I don't know if the term "overlay" is correct, but some sort semi-transparent indication of the score you gave the babe when her image is viewed in lists, search, similar, random, etc

i like this idea, unsure how it could be implemented without being to intrusive though

It would indeed make quite a big difference in how lists look. The current indicator that you have voted is a subtle underlining.
