Block notifications for specific pages

If, like me, you've added a popular girl (Ana de Armas being the best example) to a list, or have made the mistake of daring to comment on her page, you get inundated with notifications of people bickering in the comments all day, every day. I don't want to have to remove her from my list of Favourite Celebs, or go through and make sure all my past comments there are removed.

I'd like there to be an option to mute notifications on a per-page basis, ideally for the different types of notifications. Like, maybe I'd still want to see when a change to her profile has been made, or something. Perhaps a bit of a meta suggestion, but yeah, it's doing my head in.
