Move/Add “Mark As Seen” button

On the “Noifications” page, would it be possible to move the “Mark as Seen and Clear These Notifications” button to the 𝒃𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒎 of the page (or add a duplicate button), so that after I’m done scrolling scrolling scrolling down the page, I don’t then have to scroll scroll scroll all the way back to the top of the page to mark them as seen? I think this would be particularly helpful for those Users with a 𝒍𝒐𝒕 of Favorites who therefore get a 𝒍𝒐𝒕 of Notifications every day.
