Remove models from the ranking after 100 days at #1 and move them to a separate "Wall of Fame" page
After reaching a high number of votes, some babes have a very stable ranking (which is normal), but some people get angry to see the same babe staying in first place for a long time and start a downvoting campaign, as it just happened to Ana de Armas.
So I want to propose that we remove every model from the ranking after they've been number 1 for 100 days. They're then moved to a new "Wall of Fame" page. This results in more turnover in the top ranking, and the babes on the Wall Of Fame page are still recognized as amazingly liked babes.
Today, this idea would mean the following 6 models are removed from the top 25 and every other ranking:
Cristy Ren
Ana De Armas
Nata Lee
Elizabeth Turner
Hannah Palmer
Sophie Mudd

But it does not remove babes from the voting system, so the ranking remains unchanged, the idea of the wall of fame would fix that.
But then you talk about removing babes from the voting system, and it's confusing.
So, is your idea to remove a babe from the ranking system once she's #1 for 100 Days and add them to a "Wall Of Fame"? Right now, that would mean these 6 babes are removed from the ranking entirely:

I said 100, it can be whatever value you think is best.
I propose this to have a higher turnover within the highest ranking, but not too mush either. Why? Because some users start to get bored with a stable top 2/3 babes and start downvoting campaigns, like it happened to Ana De Armas.

People who are deemed to vote suspiciously have their voting power weakened anyway.
I dont even get why is this even something that some poeple care about? Outside of obvious AI creations why would it matter who is at what spot?

I don't think the effect of this change would be the top 25 being "filled with babes with super low scores". 7 babes would be removed, replaced with mostly regulars. There are many regular models that often come and go in the top 25. It would make the listings a bit fresher, but not that much. I'm more worried about the negative effects, people asking "where X is" and "why was X removed?". I think the answer that she was moved to a "Wall Of Fame" page won't make many users happy, especially the fans. I don't know, the idea feels a bit too random and arbitrary. There is no great benefit or problem-solving aspect behind this. For this reason, I'm not a big fan of this idea.
The goal was indeed to have a limited effect and not increase the turn over a lot.
And it was just a suggestion :-) to limit haters effect of massive downvoting.
