Add the conversion between different cup sizes even when the measurements are not complete.

In many profiles, the measurements are combined into a single entry (bust|cup-waist-hip). These profiles display the cup letter conversions for the various systems used in different countries.
In several other profiles, the measurements are not indicated (bust-waist-hip), but the cup is indicated in another entry in the profile. It would be helpful if these profiles also displayed the cup size according to the different metrics used in different countries.
