Submit girls with the same name to someone already on the site

Is there anyway we can submit girls with the same name? Consider countries where everyone is named Nguyen.

I know we can put their profession inside the brackets ( ) but not everyone sticks with one profession in their whole life. Also there are girls with same name and same profession.

This is actually how Icelanders are listed in telephone books in Iceland. Since most of them have old Norse style names, few of them have proper surnames, just patronymics, so they are listed by first name and profession, like Anja Bjornsdottir (baker) or Aslaug Eriksdottir (teacher). I never realized we've also been doing that here until now.
