Create a ranking of countries based on the ratings of each country's Babes, similar to the FIFA ranking of national football teams.

Example: 1st Ukraine: average 9.20/10

We already have this: https://www.babepedia.com/top100countries

You'd expect Ukraine at #1, but they're not.

Yes, I know, but I was talking about a ranking with all countries and not just the top 100, even those countries with few Babes. And with ups and downs in the rankings, and how many places a country has risen or fallen, like in the FIFA ranking.
