Filter index page galleries

Currently in the account options we can customize the index page by specifying the number of new galleries and number of best galleries.

It would be neat if you could apply filters to those galleries so it would only show galleries for babes that fit your filter.

For example: you apply a filter for blonde babes with natural breasts, and the galleries would only show those babes.
