More ethnicities

Several ethinicities are excluded: aboriginal australian, first peoples, Indian. Please add these.

Will you please change "Black" to "Black/African" and "Caucasian" to "Caucasian/European".

Also, instead of "Mixed race (Primarily...)" can you please say "Mixed race (appears...)"? That way suggesters can clarify the ethnicity.
