Indicator/Tag for Search

In the predictive results have a indicator/tag/marker a babe is already in your favorites or in a personal list. Whether this would be highlighting the result, changing the font and/or formatting (i.e. bold, italicized name), adding a marker (i.e. an asterisk, tag with personal list name), etc. Thanks for your time and love the site!
