Make user defined lists more visible

Currently you can see the lists that other users have made by going to their profile. However it would be nice if people's lists were more visible. Eg why not have a page with the most viewed lists (obviously excluding the standard favorites list) and maybe the most recently modified lists. It would just be nice to see other people's interesting lists without having to go directly to their profile first.
