Add ratings by pressing numbers on the keyboard

When rating a profile, you use your cursor to highlight the amount of stars that you want to give as a rating, but this is less intuitive than using a number on the keyboard.

Using a number on the keyboard is not only faster, but you're less likely to make a mistake since you do not have to count the stars or wait until the tooltip hover that tells you how many stars it is - you just press the button on your keyboard that corresponds to the number.

The 0 key could be used to delete a rating, the keys 1-9 could be used to give corresponding ratings, and another key (maybe - since it is next to 9) could be used to give a rating of 10.

This would also make it much faster to rate many profiles in a short period of time because you do not have to keep moving your mouse to set the rating.

Just to be clear I am not saying that the ability to rate by mouse should be removed, but that the ability to rate by key presses should be added alongside the current method of rating by mouse.
