Export more columns when downloading lists from User List Management page

Currently, if I download a list from User List Management in CSV format, the only information it contains is the name of each babe.

For analytical purposes it would be helpful if it contained other columns too, such as:

1) Date added to list
2) My rating for that babe
3) Babepedia rank

Since we can sort lists by these factors, it makes sense to be able to easily export this information in CSV format too.
