About Yuliya Mayarchuk
Yuliya Mayarchuk is a Ukrainian actress whose career was held entirely in Italy.
Born in Ukraine, she moved to Italy where she started acting.
In 2000 she worked with Tinto Brass in the film "Tra(sgre)dire", in which she played the protagonist Carla.
Subsequently she played an important role in the Rai 3 television series "La Squadra" and in several other films and television fiction, including the film "Faccia di Picasso", directed by Massimo Ceccherini and the TV series "Distretto di polizia 3", "Carabinieri 2", "R.I.S. 5 - Delitti imperfetti", "Don Matteo 6", "Incantesimo 7", "Il maresciallo Rocca" and "Occhio a quei due".
In 2017 she appeared in an episode of the Rai series "Il commissario Montalbano".
Among the most interesting works the participation in the films "In nome di Mana" (2007) by Franco Diaferia and "La vita e' una cosa meravigliosa" (2010) by Carlo Vanzina, where she played the part of Doina.
At the theater she played "Miseria e nobilta'" directed by Aldo Giuffré, "Il bello di papa'" with Vincenzo Salemme, "Comicissima tragedia" and "Ti ho sposatoi per ignoranza" with Gianfranco and Massimiliano Gallo, and "Lo schiaccianoci" ("The Nutcracker"), taken from the Ballet with music by Pëtr il'ič Čajkovsky, directed by Manuela Schiano Lomoriello.
Resident in Naples, she is engaged to a Neapolitan entrepreneur, from which she had two daughters.
