About Yui Kawamoto
Yui Kawamoto is a Japanese professional golfer competing on the LPGA of Japan Tour. Born on August 29, 1998, in Matsuyama, Ehime, Japan, she began playing golf at the age of five under her parents' influence. After a standout amateur career, she officially turned professional in July 2018.
Kawamoto quickly made a name for herself in the sport, winning four titles on the Step Up Tour in 2018 and securing her first major regular JLPGA victory at the AXA Ladies Golf Tournament in March 2019. In 2020, she made her international debut on the prestigious US LPGA Tour. Beyond her achievements on the golf course, she has an active official YouTube channel, where she shares golf tutorials and lifestyle content.
