It's called not getting it up for ugly masculine looking women. We ain't into men or male bodies. She looks like a eunich. Evolutionary biology, mate! Also, nonsuch thing as "cis", it's not a word, fantasy term , not real. And no such thing as trans exists, only people with gender dysphoria, even USA, UK, Russia, Japan, China, India, Italy, Poland, Hungary and other countries already affirmed this in law, as well as all world medical journals.
