Smith was one of a handful of Playmates who were 17 at the time of their shoot. Her pictorial wasn't published until she turned 18 a few months later. Her centerfold was photographed by William Graham and Edmund Leja. After becoming a Playmate, she was a Bunny at the Chicago Playboy Club. Smith appeared on the cover of Playboy five times during the early to mid-1960s.

Those areolas are enormous!

I have to wonder if she was pregnant in #15 - they look much darker there than in the other photos.
