Stacy Burke is an American bondage model and pornographic actress.

An only child, Burke was raised by her grandparents in Pomona, California. She was homecoming queen at her high school. She started her modeling career at the age of 18 for a college calendar shoot by a former classmate.

After non-pornographic modelling and acting for five years, she was introduced by another model, Tasha Welch, into the bondage and fetish business.

In 2000, Burke participated in a publicity stunt at the Cannes Film Festival where she was lit on fire while wearing a heavy flameproof suit. After the fire was extinguished, she emerged wearing a lime-green bikini.

Burke is a former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner. and has appeared several times on The Girls Next Door, which featured her wedding to her boyfriend Roy in the episode "Tying the Naughty".
