Sophie Howard from Southport, United Kingdom, has posed for 32 covers, 30 photosets, and 2 videos, before retiring in 2013.
Sophie Howard attended a Catholic school, and was in the Salvation Army until she was 16. At 17, she became a stripper. Sophie studied English Language and Creative Writing at Edge Hill University, later swapping to Marketing Information Systems. During this time she signed to the IMM modelling agency, and appeared in Loaded in their "Almost Famous" and "Sauna Babes" sections. She was officially discovered by Loaded when they invited her to appear in their popular Sauna Girls feature, after Howard sent them amateur photographs of herself wearing a PVC catsuit. A growing fan base meant that by December 2005 Howard had risen to the cover of the magazine.
Howard's popularity took off after she became associated with Jeany Savage, a glamour photographer with the Daily Star, where she worked for around a year. She subsequently signed a contract with Loaded, resulting in a relationship advice column and a regular feature called "Sophie's Choice", followed by a contract with Nuts magazine. In 2009, Sophie returned to Edge Hill University to study for a degree in mental health nursing.
She took a break from modelling in December 2011 in order to focus solely on her studies. In 2012, she reportedly had retired from topless modeling only to return to modeling a year later, in March 2013, to shoot a photo set for PinupFiles.
As of 2013, she has been unofficially retired from modelling. Whilst studying at Sixth form, Howard was diagnosed with Lupus erythematosus, a condition affecting the immune system.

In 2005 I saw a picture of a woman sitting in the bath topless, that woman was the awesome Sophie Howard. The dark hair and those eyes melted me. She was number 68 in the 2006 FHM Sexiest Women In The World poll which is way lower than I would've had her. She would be in the top ten for me. She's one of my absolute favourites because she's natural and hasn't had any plastic surgery. Picture 5 is awesome!
