She rose to prominence in 2023 thanks to her participation in "Love Island France."

In 2025, Solène Favreau appeared on season 12 of Below Deck as a novice yachting hostess, joining the crew of the St. David.
The young French woman had relationships with several crew members and gave Captain Kerry Titheradge of the St. David a run for his money.

After her time on Below Deck 13, Solène joined the cast of season 2 of Love Island Games, which aired on Peacock.
