Sharon Gless is best known for her role as policewoman Christine Cagney on CAGNEY & LACEY with Tyne Daly, although she has numerous other series and cameo appearances to her credit... including that of Michael Westen's mother on BURN NOTICE. She has also appeared in several films. She has been a 10x nominee for Emmy Awards (winning in 1986 and 1987), and seven times for the Golden Globes (winning in 1986 and 1991).
