Sharlene Mawdsley (born 10 August 1998) is an Irish sprinter. She competed in the women's 400 metres event at the 2021 European Athletics Indoor Championships.
In August 2023, she competed in the World Athletics Championships 400 metres semi-finals, and finals of both the women's and mixed 4 × 400 metres relays, running six races in total over nine days.
