About Sevda Erginci
Sevda Erginci is a Turkish actress who plays Zeynep Yılmaz (Yıldız's sister), in the soap opera "Forbidden Fruit" ("Yasak Elma" is the original title).
Known in Italy for her role as İpek Gencer in "Come Sorelle", Sevda portrays a humble and determined Zeynep, whose life changes after meeting Alihan Taşdemir.
Sevda Erginci was born in Istanbul.
Of Arab descent on her father's side (from Mardin) and Macedonian on her mother's, her parents divorced when she was 4.
she studied flamenco for three years and piano before turning to acting.
Sevda began acting at 15 with the Semaver Company's play Paki ve Sevgi Çiçekleri, later taking courses at the Kenter Theatre.
She made her television debut in 2012 with Koyu Kırmızı and Veda, but made her name with Karagül (2013–2016) in the role of Ayşe.
Sevda was engaged to the actor Yılmaz Kunt, she would now be single.
She has no children.
Reserved, she dedicates her life to her career.
