About Sara Sperati
After starting her career as a photo-novel actress, she moved to film, and enjoyed a period of fame in the mid-1970s as a star in crime films. As a "cover girl," she appeared in the November 1977 issue of Playmen.
She had a musical stint in the metal band Fingernails, for which she was the lead singer between February 1984 and March 1985.
