a good rule of thumb is if theyre in dubai or any other fancy shmancy place theyre probably a prostitute or have been paid to do degenerate things by rich people

Yes, this is almost always the case. Unless they are they with a group of friends. If they are there by themselves, it is probably involving money and sex.
