Ronja Forcher is an Austrian actress, singer, and author. The daughter of actor Reinhard Forcher, she began performing on stage as a child.

She became particularly well-known for her role as Lilli Gruber in the ZDF series "Der Bergdoktor" (The Mountain Doctor), which she has played since 2008. She has also appeared in numerous television films and was a member of the ensemble at the Tyrolean State Theatre until 2019.

In April 2017, she was the cover star of the German edition of PLAYBOY magazine.

Forcher is also active in music: In 2022, she released her debut album, Meine Reise (My Journey). In March 2025, her autobiographical book, Für immer an meiner Seite (Forever by My Side), was published, in which she recounts a formative friendship and the loss of her best friend.

In her personal life, she married actor Felix Briegel in August 2022.
