Risa Otoshima (音嶋莉沙) is a Japanese idol. She is a founding member of =LOVE and a former member of HKT48 (as a Kenkyuusei) and FUKUOKA Hakata Minyon.
She participated in the HKT48 auditions while still being under another agency, which was not allowed. The news that she had broken the rules was announced on July 21, 2016 and she was dismissed from the group on the same day. She currently holds the shortest time as a member in HKT48. She was in HKT48 for 9 days.
