Pepi Sonuga is a Nigerian-American actress, writer, and producer known for her emotional depth, versatility, and radiant screen presence. Born in Lagos and raised in Los Angeles, she moved to the U.S. at age 11, bringing a global, cross-cultural fluency to every role she inhabits.

She most recently starred in the Netflix film Six Triple Eight, based on the true story of the only all-Black, all-female battalion in World War II. Her performance earned her a 2025 NAACP Image Award and marked a defining moment in her artistic journey.
