About Pamela Villoresi
She was born in Prato to a Tuscan father and a German mother. She began studying theater at the Metastasio Theater in Prato at just 13, and at 14 she made her debut as the lead in Schwarz's The Naked King, directed by Paolo Magelli. At 17, she starred in Marco Visconti's play, which brought her fame to the general public. At 18, she landed at the Piccolo Teatro in Milan, directed by Giorgio Strehler, and participated with Jack Lang in founding the Union of European Theaters. She has performed in over 60 plays, five of which with Strehler, and later with Nino Manfredi, Vittorio Gassman, Mario Missiroli, Giancarlo Cobelli, and Maurizio Panici, alongside Italy's most famous actors.
