About Olga Seryabkina

Olga Yurievna Seryabkina (born 12 April 1985 in Moscow) is a Russian singer, songwriter, actress and television personality. She is best known as a former member of the Russian girl group Serebro, in which she performed from the group’s formation until her departure in 2019. Before pursuing music professionally, Seryabkina studied ballroom dancing from childhood and later graduated in linguistics, specializing in English and German.
Seryabkina rose to international attention in 2007 when Serebro represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest with “Song #1”, finishing in third place with 207 points. Alongside her role as a vocalist, she became one of the group’s principal songwriters, contributing lyrics to numerous Serebro releases and helping shape the group’s musical identity. The group went on to release albums including OpiumRoz (2009), Mama Lover (2012) and The Power of Three (2016), while establishing a significant following in Russia and other European markets.
While still performing with Serebro, Seryabkina launched a parallel solo career under the stage name Holy Molly, later shortened to Molly. One of her first solo collaborations was “Kill Me All Night Long” with DJ M.E.G. in 2014, followed by tracks such as “Fire”, “I Like” and “If You Don’t Love Me”, a duet with Yegor Creed. She announced her departure from Serebro in October 2018 and released her debut solo album as Molly, Kosatka in the Sky, in April 2019. This period made her one of the few artists associated with the group to maintain an active solo project while simultaneously serving as a leading performer and songwriter for Serebro.
In 2020, Seryabkina retired the Molly stage name and began releasing music under her own name, explaining that she wanted her public identity to more closely reflect herself as an artist. Her subsequent work has included the EP Prichiny (Reasons) in 2020 and releases such as “Blue Color of Your Love” and the Winter EP in 2022. Beyond music, she has also worked as an actress and television personality, appearing in the film The Best Day and later participating in and hosting Russian television programs. Her career has therefore developed from group pop success into a broader solo career encompassing songwriting, recording, acting and television.
