Dakota Kirk (aka Octavia Marlowe aka inspireexotics) is a prominent exotic pet educator, veterinary technician, and the founder of Inspire Exotics. Based in Tucson Arizona, she uses her platform to educate the public on misunderstood animals, advocating for the transition from, "fear to fascination." She manages a collection of over 111 animals, including reptiles, amphibians, and over 100 invertebrates, using them to educate her millions of followers. Dakota started an OnlyFans account in 2022, her Sophomore year at the University of Arizona, to fund her veterinary work.

Before attending the University of Arizona from 2020-2024 and graduating from the Franke Honors College Dakota Kirk aka inspireexotics attended Pima Community College with dual enrollment through Catalina High School. Dakota Kirk aka inspireexotics is also associated with University High School in Tucson Arizona. Dakota Kirk's degree is in veterinary sciences from the University of Arizona.
