Norma Julia is a French reality TV contestant, born in Perpignan in 1992.
In 2013, she became Miss Roussillon.
However, 11 days later, she was stripped of her title due to revealing photos.
In 2014, she became Miss Nationale.
In 2015, she participated in the shows "Les Marseillais en Thaïlande" and "Les Ch'tis VS les Marseillais 2".
