Nicola Lauren Olyslagers (nÊe McDermott) (born 28 December 1996) is an Australian high jumper. Olyslagers won the silver medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in the high jump and is the current high jump Oceanian record holder. She also won the silver medal in the Paris 2024 Olympics.
