About Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan is an Australian actress and model, best-known for her role as "Pepper Steiger" in the Australian television series, Neighbours (1985).
Whelan has been in American projects: Hollywood & Wine (2011), Hall Pass (2011), Rebirth (2016), Inconceivable (2017), Trauma Center (2019), as well as recurring parts on the popular show, House of Lies (2012).
She is the granddaughter of Australia Football Brownlow Medallist, Marcus Whelan.

Whoever makes up the profiles is wrong. A "petite" is 5'2 and under. 5'4 is considered "misses"

As far as I know, since the last biography info update, that "Petite" description automatically pops-up whenever a specific height/weight is added for a celeb. I myself only just noticed it a month ago when I as adding the biographic info for one of the celebs on the site.
