Morgan is a devote Christian. Morgan is married to her husband Alex. They met in 2019 when Morgan moved into the same apartment block and were neighbours in Salt Lake City. Morgan has a social disorder which means she finds social situations difficult, however with Alex she found a connection. During the pandemic Morgan formed a social bubble with Alex and his family, being across the hallway. Morgan gave Alex a break from his parents and helped with his homework, he gave her social interaction. Their bond strengthened. Morgan had not considered a romantic relationship with Alex until his mum mentioned how thankful she was to Morgan for the support given to Alex and if there was a relationship, whilst a large age gap, they saw the positive impact in Alex and approved. Morgan says she was thrown back by the comment and considered carefully about her feelings for Alex. Morgan had never been in relationship before, let alone someone so young. She realised at that moment God meant them to be together. Morgan and Alex became a couple in 2021. They married in 2022. Alex was 16, Morgan 33. Alex’s parents were keen for us to be married because of Morgan’s age and ability to have children. Morgan says they will start trying for a baby as soon as Alex completes college and has a stable job. They honeymooned in the mountains above Salt Lake City and return there often. Morgan and Alex moved to Houston TX in 2022 where Alex had enrolled at college.
Morgan has been quizzed about sexual relationships with a minor. Morgan says is God’s will they should be together. God can’t make every couple the same age. Her and Alex’s faith is very strong and does not allow sex before marriage, at no time did they consider sex. When they were dating, they’d kiss, cuddle and hold hands. Morgan even let Alex place his hand her bum in public. Once the juvenile council approved their marriage and they had a date set, Morgan says they loosen the rules slightly. She admits she may have put Alex’s head between her breasts a couple times and they sometimes shared a bed, albeit clothed and with the doors open to Alex’s parent’s room. On whether her career conflicts with her religion, she says she isn’t the brightest person, her reading isn’t great and she isn’t particularly strong either which doesn’t give her many options. A girl has to eat and whilst her husband is still at college she has to earning for both of them. Once Alex is passed college and in stable employment her plan is to retire, be the housewife and start a family.
