Momoko Yamazaki (Japanese: 山﨑桃子, Yamazaki Momoko) is a Japanese mixed martial artist and combat sports competitor from Yokohama, Kanagawa. She has competed primarily in the women's microweight and atomweight divisions of DEEP JEWELS, and previously competed in The Outsider.

Yamazaki began her competitive fighting career in The Outsider in 2014. She subsequently moved into professional mixed martial arts competition with DEEP JEWELS, where she became a regular competitor in its 44 kg microweight division. Her professional career has included victories by decision and technical knockout, as well as bouts against several prominent Japanese women's MMA competitors.

In 2014, Yamazaki entered The Outsider, becoming one of the promotion's early female competitors. She remained with the organization through several amateur and developing-career bouts before transitioning toward professional MMA.

Yamazaki made her combat-sports debut in The Outsider in 2014. Her early career included victories by technical knockout over Sayaka and Real Date, as well as losses to Juri Emon and Hana Date. She also fought Jissho Date in 2016, losing by majority decision.

Following her time in The Outsider, Yamazaki joined DEEP JEWELS and began competing in the promotion's women's divisions. She won her professional debut against Nanaka Kawamura in June 2018. She subsequently defeated Ai Takei and Sae Kokuho before establishing herself as a regular competitor in the organization.

In May 2022, Yamazaki defeated Kyoka Minagawa by unanimous decision in a 44 kg microweight bout at DEEP JEWELS 37.

She subsequently suffered several defeats, including losses to Mizuki Furuse and Akari Kamise. At DEEP JEWELS 43 in November 2023, Yamazaki returned to the win column by stopping Koyuki by punches in the second round.

Yamazaki was defeated by Eun Bi Cho by first-round technical knockout at DEEP JEWELS 44 in March 2024 and by Mahina China by unanimous decision at DEEP JEWELS 46 in September 2024.

On March 23, 2025, Yamazaki defeated Kimika Kawaguchi by split decision at DEEP JEWELS 48 in Tokyo. The bout was contested at the promotion's 44 kg microweight limit.

Although sometimes described broadly as a kickboxer or kickboxing competitor, Yamazaki's documented professional career has primarily been in mixed martial arts. DEEP JEWELS records list her professional bouts under MMA rules, while the promotion has separately staged bouts under kickboxing rules.

Yamazaki has discussed her difficult adolescence and the circumstances that led her toward combat sports. In interviews, she has described becoming involved in fighting before she had formal martial-arts experience. Her transition from The Outsider to DEEP JEWELS marked a change in her approach to training and competition, with Yamazaki stating that she became more committed to pursuing a career as a professional fighter.
