About Mirjana Pajkovic
Mirjana Pajković is a Montenegrin lawyer based in Podgorica. In 2024, the Government of Montenegro appointed her director general of the Directorate for the Improvement and Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms (also given as the Directorate for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms) within the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights. She represented Montenegro in international human-rights work and remained a practicing lawyer.
In January 2026, she resigned as director general amid a controversy involving the circulation of intimate material purportedly depicting her. The affair led to competing criminal complaints involving Pajković and former Montenegrin security official Dejan Vukšić. Pajković's complaints against Vukšić were dismissed, as was a separate complaint against her. She later returned to the Ministry in an advisory position.
In March 2026, she promoted an OnlyFans account using the branding “Sexy Lawyer,” reportedly offering subscriptions for approximately US$5 and promoting it through Instagram. She also announced steps toward establishing a political organization called European Step of Freedom (EKS). Her continued government employment while remaining a registered attorney attracted scrutiny from Montenegro's Bar Association over potential professional conflicts.
