As both her parents are Hungarian, she's not British, no matter where she was born. She's said on her streams and Instagram that she's Hungarian.

If she actually said that in an Instagram Reel or a livestream, then post the link. Saying "I heard her say it" isn't a source. It just means you remember hearing something. Those aren't the same thing.
I spent the time researching this before writing her biography. The reliable sources I found consistently describe her as British or British-Hungarian, and they consistently state that she was born in England, United Kingdom. None of them identify a city or county—just England. They also consistently describe her as having Hungarian heritage (or Hungarian parents), which nobody is disputing.
Now, if Mira personally says, "I'm Hungarian," that's completely normal. People identify with their family's heritage all the time. That doesn't suddenly make her birthplace Hungary, and it doesn't automatically answer the legal question of nationality either.
In fact, under UK law, simply being born in the UK doesn't automatically make someone a British citizen—it depends on the legal status of the parents at the time of birth. Since we don't know her parents' status in 2002, I'm not going to invent an answer. I'd rather rely on credible, reputable sources that are consistent than guess and write a biography around assumptions.
At the end of the day, we're talking about three different things: birthplace, nationality, and ethnicity/heritage. They're related, but they're not interchangeable.
