Cammy a character from the fighting video game franchise of Street Fighter has large breasts, but she who's gonna be playing her in the upcoming 2026 live-action adaptation movie doesn't has large breasts; so then she should've gotten breast implants.

The original Cammy in the video game was not known for large breasts(seriously watch the 1st video game and anime Cammy was featured in it's basically the same in the trailer). The only one not the same is probably that Cammy is a natural blondie but that is easily resolved with a wig. The only Cammy that was featured to have huge breasts was the porn one which suffice it is porn so it's expected.
