Mariia is a Los Angeles, CA-based fitness, dance, stretching, and flexibility content creator, coach, model, and influencer.
She was born in Mariupol, Ukraine, where she became a professional gymnast for 12 years; achieved the rank of Master of Sport. She graduated high school with a gold medal at 16, earned a government scholarship for college in Kyiv (which she later quit), got married young, and built businesses from scratch in multiple countries. She moved to Canada after time in Greece, as part of her journey building a business across multiple countries. She faced significant challenges there: worked long shifts (12–14 hours) as a hostess/waitress for low pay with limited English, and dealt with deep depression. She eventually recovered, started teaching again, and introduced her stretching classes in Toronto and Montreal.
Now residing in Los Angeles, she specializes in stretching, flexibility routines, dance (including high-heels dance), acrobatics, fitness workouts, and lifestyle content aimed primarily at women. She is experienced in teaching stretching, pole dance, acrobatics, aerial work, and more to various age groups (from kids to adults over 50). She offers classes and workshops in LA.
